Sales and Marketing Director European Senior Sales and Account Executive Date : 04/08/2017 
PlumRiver LLC is seeking a successful self motivated Senior Sales and Account Executive to establish a Sales and Marketing presence in Europe. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and energetic Sales Professional to play a key role in the continued rapid growth of a leading Global B2B Company. You will be responsible for generating sales leads in the Target Market Segments of Outdoor, Action and Team Sports, Footwear, and both Active and Fashion Apparel. You will also be responsible for presenting demos of the Elastic and PlumRiver B2B SaaS Platforms with VPs and C-level professionals at leading brands located across Europe. You will report to sales leadership in the USA and coordinate with our European team, newly located in Barcelona.

Core Responsibilities: 
- Develop account strategy for each segment in the EU market.
- Collaborate with North American sales and direct marketing teams to maximize combined leads.
- Prospect key targeted accounts to schedule discovery & demo calls .
- Qualify new prospects and understand business requirements.
- Conduct web-based software demonstrations to highlight solution strengths and fit to potential client needs. 
- Conduct in-person presentations with C-level and VP level audiences 
- Maintain prospects and opportunities in SalesForce CRM to manage your pipeline.
- Provide prospect and customer feedback to improve product offering.
- Attend industry specific trade shows to build brand awareness and generate sales qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with existing clients

What it takes to be Successful:  
- Understanding of wholesale business practices required.
- Existing relationships in one or more of the Target Market Segments above.
- At least 5 years of Sales experience required, with experience in Software-As-A-Service environment ideal
- Ability to travel.
- Must be multi-lingual, as well as English
- Proficient in Salesforce to accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline a plus.
- Proven sales track record
- Lead generation experience is strongly preferred 
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
